The small training habit that changed my late summer in Warsaw

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and 5k seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. I keep a note about shoes for exactly this reason.

Thanks for making it less intimidating.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. The 6-minute rule is underrated.

Short answer: yes. Long answer: also yes.
