Notes from a very normal busy month with Drawing after 14 tries

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where sketch stopped feeling new.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the setup for a while.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and sketch seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? The useful constraint is probably the real story.

That is a good boundary.

Great point, especially the part about normal. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Anecdote beats theory here.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer. This makes me want to start a weekend project.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality.
