I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I noticed the same thing in Jakarta.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I am curious whether cats still feels good next month.

I disagree a bit. walk matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. My friend tried it in Seoul and had the opposite result.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The surprising part is easy to underestimate.
