A tiny win from Madrid that made my week in real life

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make History feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I tried this in Madrid with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

@urban_daniela Yep, the boring details matter.

I think this advice is overrated. For me it came down to the playlist. Local context changes everything.
