What mistake taught you the most about multiplayer with limited time?

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I tried this in Cairo with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Yes, but I would approach it in a small, testable way rather than trying to solve everything at once. Most people skip the boring setup, but that setup is what makes the good habit survive a busy week.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Hope this helps!

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

That is a good boundary.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. This is more useful on a tired late summer than on a perfect day. That final turn energy is unbeatable.
