A tiny story about lentil soup, Manila and timing from my quiet Sunday notes

The detail that surprised me was how much the train station changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Parenting feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This has cozy competence written all over it. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

@quiet_orbit0 I am curious what changed your mind.

I wish more posts had this much context. For me it came down to the prototype. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

That made the concept click.

That last line is excellent. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony.
