What jobs looks like when you stop optimizing everything in Mexico City

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

What would you change if you started over? I keep a note about interviews for exactly this reason.

That would annoy me more than it helped. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Great point, especially the part about jobs.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Cairo and had the opposite result. The spreadsheet should include the emotional cost too.
