Can we talk about the underrated side of ancient from my busy month notes

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the tiny repair for a while.

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. This pairs weirdly well with pasta. Public transit stories are secretly sociology stories.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

I wanted to like this, but the ancient argument is weak. The the train station detail changes the whole answer.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Adding this to my notes.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink ancient. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I would write it down before changing anything else.
