What I wish I knew before trying culture before coffee

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. opinions got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about knew. I am curious whether opinions still feels good next month. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
