A gentle rant about jokes and expectations after 10 tries

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I do not have a strong take, but the jokes detail is useful. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story. Small progress still counts.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. I needed this reminder today.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The 6-minute rule is underrated. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

The jokes angle is what sold me. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
