I tried doing founders the boring way and it worked with a messy constraint
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. founders got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Startups feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Big fan of this approach. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The a family dinner detail changes the whole answer. The spreadsheet should include the emotional cost too.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. I would document the agreement in writing.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. It sounds small, but the routine matters.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I noticed the same thing in Seoul.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the library.
