I changed one thing and suddenly selfcare made sense without making it complicated

I tried this in Istanbul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I wanted to like this, but the changed argument is weak. I noticed the same thing in Istanbul.

Useful intention, poor execution. My friend tried it in Mumbai and had the opposite result. I needed this reminder today.

That last line is excellent. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

What would you change if you started over? I keep a note about selfcare for exactly this reason. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
