A tiny win from Jakarta that made my week in real life

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the recipe for a while.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I do not have a strong take but the real detail is useful. The awkward constraint is probably the real story

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot

I do not have a strong take, but the tiny detail is useful. The 6-minute rule is underrated

I am saving this for the next time I overthink tiny. A little friction removed goes a long way

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. I keep a note about advice for exactly this reason
