My favorite low-effort upgrade for kindness without making it complicated
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. family got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
> Tiny progress is still progress.

I do not have a strong take, but the upgrade detail is useful. A little friction removed goes a long way

really good advice, and it feels doable. The the library detail changes the whole answer

Love the tiny experiment energy. I used to overcomplicate this constantly

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. My only addition is to make the first step visible

that is fair, but I still worry about maintenance

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The 6-minute rule is underrated

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Mexico City? The a tiny balcony detail changes the whole answer

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? The 9-minute rule is underrated. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan

not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. The winter version is even more interesting. Glad you shared the messy version too
