I finally understand why Travel people care about culture that actually stuck

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

What would you change if you started over? I would love to see a follow-up after 7 weeks.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I would write it down before changing anything else.

The travel angle is what sold me. A little friction removed goes a long way.
