A gentle rant about questions and expectations after 29 tries

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much the library changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I wanted to like this, but the gentle argument is weak. A little friction removed goes a long way. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.
