Can we talk about the underrated side of wins from a family dinner

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and family seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. I learned that one the expensive way.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.
