A tiny win from Nairobi that made my week

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. bread got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether nairobi stayed easy. The Melbourne example makes it feel concrete.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality.

That is a much better way to say it.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

Can you share what you tried before this? The low-effort version is probably the keeper.
