A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made after 29 tries
I tried this in Lagos with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The messy constraint is probably the real story.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending.

I had the same reaction to stage.

The mistake angle is what sold me. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. Glad you shared the messy version too.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.

That last line is excellent. The 8-minute rule is underrated. Small progress still counts.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. The 10-minute rule is underrated.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Glad you shared the messy version too.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. This pairs weirdly well with sourdough.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.
