My favorite low-effort upgrade for therapy
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where therapy stopped feeling new.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the conversation for a while.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks. Small progress still counts.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I keep a note about habits for exactly this reason.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I would test it for 6 days before deciding. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 4 months. It sounds small, but the routine matters.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

That made the concept click.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

This made me smile more than expected.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. The social part surprised me too.
