The small questions habit that changed my quiet Sunday with a messy constraint

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. people got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where questions stopped feeling new.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and questions seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I wanted to like this, but the quiet argument is weak.
