What training looks like when you stop optimizing everything on a budget

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Useful intention, poor execution. This pairs weirdly well with mango sticky rice. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. I am curious whether shoes still feels good next month.
