How do you get better at multiplayer without burning out?

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. The 4-minute rule is underrated.

Yes, but I would approach it in a small, testable way rather than trying to solve everything at once. If two options look equal, choose the one that is easier to reverse.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

That should give you a solid first pass.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Love the tiny experiment energy. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I think both things can be true.

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I would test it for 5 days before deciding. Backlog guilt is a shared cultural experience.

The without angle is what sold me.
