The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. My friend tried it in Jakarta and had the opposite result. The small imperfections make it feel human.

This made me smile more than expected. I would test it for 8 days before deciding.

I am cheering for this update. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. This makes me want to start a weekend project.

I wish more posts had this much context. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Big fan of this approach. I would write it down before changing anything else. I like that it feels lived-in instead of over-polished.

@brave_panda67 This is the kind of disagreement I like.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether camera stayed easy. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near my desk.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. The texture and mood are lovely.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? That is where the boring checklist helps.

The kindness in this post is lovely. The gentle part is easy to underestimate.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I am curious whether joinery still feels good next month.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
