A gentle rant about privacy and expectations with a messy constraint

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The quiet Sunday version is even more interesting.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? It sounds small, but the setup matters.
