A gentle rant about backend and expectations from a family dinner

I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed teh same thing: teh social part mattered more than teh perfect plan.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it
