A surprisingly useful lesson from a trailhead
I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 7 months. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks.
