A tiny win from Jakarta that made my week in Nairobi

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Great point, especially the part about made. I would write it down before changing anything else.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I noticed the same thing in Mexico City. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Big fan of this approach. The useful part is easy to underestimate.

Anecdote beats theory here.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. The a tiny balcony detail changes the whole answer.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

This has cozy competence written all over it. A little friction removed goes a long way.
