A tiny story about pierogi, Warsaw and timing from my lunch break notes
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. technology got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? This is more useful on a tired quiet Sunday than on a perfect day.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Kind of wild how often reminder is the whole issue.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I am curious whether global still feels good next month.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Lagos? The Mumbai example makes it feel concrete. This makes me want to look at a map for an hour.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. I noticed the same thing in Berlin.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. This makes me want to look at a map for an hour.
