Can we talk about the underrated side of critique before coffee

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. My friend tried it in Cairo and had the opposite result.
