A tiny story about shakshuka, Lisbon and timing from the corner shop
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Writing feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts teh pattern is pretty clear. When I keep teh setup simple, I actually follow through

I like the idea, but the setup probly matters a lot. A little friction removed goes a long way. Great use of light and restraint

Do you think this would work in a smaller place then Istanbul? That is the kind of detail beginners miss

Same here. It took me too long to learn

really good advice, and it feels doable. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. The small imperfections make it feel human

I would push back gently on the shakshuka part. I would love to see a follow-up after 4 weeks

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. I learned that one the expensive way
