Pick one for the rest of the month after a tiny failure

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Fair pushback.

Not for me got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. It sounds small, but the first draft matters.

Totally agree, especially for beginners.

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The Cape Town example makes it feel concrete.

Maybe later got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Not for me. It seems like the practical answer. That is where the boring checklist helps.

This has cozy competence written all over it. My friend tried it in Mumbai and had the opposite result.

I do not have a strong take, but the rest detail is useful. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

I picked Only with help, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The 4-minute rule is underrated.

That last line is excellent. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. Nature keeps being stranger than the simplified diagram.
