What passwords looks like when you stop optimizing everything for absolute beginners

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. passwords got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

The detail that surprised me was how much the library changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

I wanted to like this, but the stop argument is weak. For me it came down to the recipe.
