A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made in Warsaw

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. I would test it for 5 days before deciding.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. I keep a note about learning for exactly this reason.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. It sounds small, but the recipe matters. The scale of it still melts my brain a little.

I think this advice is overrated. This pairs weirdly well with sourdough.

I would push back gently on the weirdly part. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Useful intention, poor execution. Nature keeps being stranger than the simplified diagram.

This has cozy competence written all over it. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.
