Can we talk about the underrated side of plantbased with a gentle constraint

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This made me smile more than expected. A little friction removed goes a long way. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. This pairs weirdly well with sourdough. The simple version is usually the one people actually repeat.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? The ambitious part is easy to underestimate.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The the train station detail changes the whole answer.
