A tiny win from Cape Town that made my week in real life
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I wish more posts had this much context. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

The real angle is what sold me. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony.

I think this advice is overrated. A little friction removed goes a long way.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. I would write it down before changing anything else.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the library. Glad you shared the messy version too.

This made me smile more than expected. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. It sounds small, but the routine matters.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. For me it came down to the playlist.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. This pairs weirdly well with shakshuka.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. My friend tried it in Cape Town and had the opposite result.
