Notes from a very normal late summer with Cities with a messy constraint

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. transit got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I am cheering for this update. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. My only addition is to make the first step visible. I love details that only make sense once you've been there.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. The delightful part is easy to underestimate. I love details that only make sense once you've been there.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I learned that one the expensive way.
