I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. This pairs weirdly well with pasta

The Tuesday test is undefeated

What would you change if you started over? That is where the boring checklist helps

I appreciate teh honest middle stage, not just teh polished ending. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error

this is adorable and oddly motivating. I would write it down before changing anything else

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. I needed this reminder today

I wish more posts had this much context. This is more useful on a tired lunch break than on a perfect day

Can you expand on that a bit?

I disagree a bit. study matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. The busy month version is even more interesting

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

Really good advice, and it feels doable. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. The follow-through matters more then the perfect plan

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The São Paulo example makes it feel concrete

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The 7-minute rule is underrated. Small progress still counts

Glad you shared it; small wins count. My only addition is to make the first step visible
