The most ambitious part of learning sourdough on a budget

I tried this in Toronto with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where pastry stopped feeling new.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. I am curious whether bread still feels good next month.

Great point, especially the part about ambitious. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
