A gentle rant about css and expectations without making it complicated

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and ux seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Can you share what you tried before this? The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Good reminder that boring can be good. I would test it for 4 days before deciding.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day.

The kindness in this post is lovely. I keep a note about performance for exactly this reason.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.
