I tried doing food the boring way and it worked for absolute beginners

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I would push back gently on the doing part. I am curious whether food still feels good next month. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.
