Notes from a very normal commute with Wholesome without making it complicated
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? This pairs weirdly well with ramen. I needed this reminder today.

@cozy_panda39 Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would test it for 7 days before deciding. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

Great point, especially the part about complicated. The Seoul example makes it feel concrete.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I would push back gently on the making part. That is the kind of detail beginners miss. Glad you shared the messy version too.
