The useful joy of doing the conversation badly at first without making it complicated

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the first draft for a while.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. multiplayer got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. I am curious whether indie still feels good next month.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. I learned that one the expensive way.
