Settle a friendly Retro Gaming debate in Lisbon

The vibe here is immaculate. For me it came down to the route.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

Backlog clearing got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. A little friction removed goes a long way.

I picked Backlog clearing, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a trailhead.

I do not have a strong take, but the friendly detail is useful. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I would write it down before changing anything else.
