A surprisingly useful lesson from the library in Dublin

I tried this in Seoul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. selfcare got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

There is probably a middle ground here. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The 6-minute rule is underrated.

Big fan of this approach. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.
