A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made that actually stuck

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This is probly obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. kindness got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam

honestly, great taste. The gentle part is easy to underestimate

really good advice, and it feels doable. For me it came down to the recipe

This made me smile more than expected. I would write it down before changing anything else

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

Big fan of this approach. I keep a note about family for exactly this reason
