My 9-month experiment with health for absolute beginners

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and health seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Good reminder that boring can be good. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day. Glad you shared the messy version too.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

There is probably a middle ground here. A little friction removed goes a long way.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Small progress still counts.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot.

I think this advice is overrated. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I would test it for 9 days before deciding.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The Lisbon example makes it feel concrete.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. My friend tried it in Jakarta and had the opposite result. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
