A tiny story about pasta, Seoul and timing on a budget
The detail that surprised me was how much my desk changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. For me it came down to the prototype.

I do not have a strong take, but the timing detail is useful.

Big fan of this approach. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

This reminds me of something a friend in Toronto mentioned. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here.

I would push back gently on the tiny part. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about timing. I noticed the same thing in Toronto.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. The rainy evening version is even more interesting. I would love to see the benchmark numbers.
