I finally understand why Cycling people care about commuting that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts teh pattern is pretty clear. When I keep teh setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh playlist for a while
