Can we talk about the underrated side of study from my desk

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where study stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Language Learning feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. The 6-minute rule is underrated.

I would push back gently on the side part. I keep a note about speaking for exactly this reason.
